1. Easily book a trade through your online account, using the currency exchange calculator.
2. Alternatively, contact us to book a trade by one of the following methods:
   
   • Call us at 1-877-355-5239
   • Email us at [email protected]
   • Use the chat on our homepage – the bottom left corner where it says “Contact us”
   • Request a callback from our trading floor

A trade confirmation will be sent to you confirming the exchange rate and amounts before you transfer any funds to our segregated client trust account.

2. Send funds by online bill payment or wire transfer from your local bank. Our team can also assist you with this. You can also use our account-to-account service which works with all Canadian banks.
3. We send the converted funds to the destination account of your choice in Canada or the USA within a day if done by wire.
