How do I authorize you to debit and credit my account?

Once an EFT transaction is initiated, you will be requested to fill-in three forms with account information for both the debit and credit accounts. Once the account information is submitted, it serves as authorization to debit and credit the specified accounts.
We also verify this information with the bank.
